The legal system in Pakistan is inefficient/insufficient which has failed to give fast solution to litigants and it experienced not been offering in the least. As a result, the author is an excellent proponent of other dispute resolution “ADR” mechanisms, such as arbitration and its Added benefits, for resolution of disputes, on the other hand,
